Call-In Homecare Ltd, established in Edinburgh, is seeking an experienced Homecare Coordinator for our South Lanarkshire services. The role focuses on delivering high quality home care, coordinating packages, scheduling visits, and managing rostering with strong communication to staff and service users.

The successful candidate will have good knowledge of South Lanarkshire, be prepared for on-call duties with additional payments, and join a growing, supportive organisation offering progression

Qualifications

• Proven track record in delivering high quality care
• Excellent communication and people management skills
• Experience with rostering and scheduling of care
• Good knowledge of South Lanarkshire area
• Willingness to participate in on-call duties

Responsibilities

• Coordinate care packages and liaise with local authorities
• Set up service users' packages on People Planner rostering system
• Schedule visits and carers' working rotas
• Communicate with frontline staff and service manager
• Participate in branch on-call out of hours
