Job summary

Barratt is hiring for a role within its Sales & Marketing team in the United Kingdom. The successful candidate will help progress reservations to exchanges and completions, liaise with solicitors, NHMAs, and other stakeholders, and ensure compliance with policy and procedures.

The position supports a hybrid working model and requires strong attention to detail, customer-focused communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with sales IT systems; estate agency background helpful.
• Professional, pleasant manner when dealing with internal and external customers.
• Ability to work autonomously or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Process reservations and support sales teams in achieving exchanges and completions in line with forecast.
• Proactively communicate risks to Sales management to avoid potential cancellations.
• Highlight trends related to cancellation rates and report them.
• Attend key meetings (Sales/Build) and prepare required reports.
• Liaise with solicitors, NHMAs, managing agents, housing associations to support completion forecasts.
• Assist with site set-up of new developments, coordinating between Technical, solicitors and sales for NHQC compliance.
• Ensure all sales IT systems are used in compliance to drive performance and customer journey.
