Job summary

Bellway Homes is recruiting a Sales Progressor to move sales from reservation through to contract exchange and completion, driving speed and profitability. You will coordinate between solicitors, lenders, estate agents and our in-house team to ensure smooth progression and customer service.

The role requires strong relationship building, a proactive, detailed approach, and the ability to manage multiple sales pipelines with weekly updates to management.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of the housing market and conveyancing process would be desirable
• Experience of working in a sales targeted environment
• Experience of building effective working relationships within a team

Responsibilities

• Ensure communication between solicitors to strive for contract exchange by reservation expiry date
• Liaise between sales team, lenders/brokers/estate agents to inform progress of each sale
• Investigate and resolve problems, especially with multiple chains
• Act as a point of contact for customers to guide through contract/completion
• Provide high levels of service to customers at all times
• Resolve ad-hoc queries to enable prompt exchange of contracts/completion
• Provide weekly updates to senior management and support the Sales Office Manager
