Barratt is seeking a Sales Adviser in the United Kingdom to help customers find their dream home and deliver outstanding service throughout the sales journey.

You will need excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport, understand customer needs, demonstrate our product and pricing, and close sales while meeting targets. This role reports to a Sales Manager and supports a busy sales operation with weekend/holiday work and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
• Strong listening, questioning, and empathy to understand needs and close sales.
• Ability to demonstrate products, explain pricing and close sales.
• Confident communicator with persuasive negotiation and decision-making.
• Comfortable working weekend and bank holidays and travel as required.

Responsabilités

• Demonstrate comprehensive local knowledge including amenities, schools, transport links and competitors
• Have a thorough understanding of our product and pricing
• Effective lead follow up skills to convert enquiries to site visits
• Utilise our Sales methodology, schemes and incentives effectively to close a sale
• Achieve sales targets in line with business requirements
