Barratt Developments plc is seeking a proactive Sales Adviser to help customers find their dream home and deliver outstanding service across the sales journey. You will build rapport, understand client needs, demonstrate homes and pricing, and convert leads into site visits using our schemes and incentives.

The role requires resilience, strong communication, and the ability to work weekends/bank holidays, with a driving licence and IT literacy.

Formación

• Experience delivering sales in a service environment (housebuilding, retail, hospitality, etc.).
• Commercial awareness of market and competitors.
• Understands customer needs and maintains company reputation.
• Thrives under pressure and achieves targets.
• Proactive, adaptable with new ways of working.

• Help customers find their dream home and provide excellent service throughout the sales process.
• Build rapport to understand needs and demonstrate product and pricing.
• Follow up leads to convert enquiries into site visits and sales.
• Utilise sales schemes and incentives to close sales.
• Achieve sales targets in line with business requirements.
