About the Role

We are opening a brand-new childrens residential home in Slough for young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD). This is a rare and exciting opportunity for an experienced Home Manager to lead the home from day one, shape its culture, and make a lasting impact on the lives of young people.

  • Leading and managing all aspects of the home
  • Ensuring the highest standards of care, safeguarding, and compliance

About You
