Aviva is seeking a Desk Based Loss Adjuster in Leeds to own domestic property claims up to £50,000 from instruction to settlement. You will coordinate with customers, suppliers and field colleagues to deliver timely, high-quality reinstatement outcomes.

Qualifications

• Empathy and communication skills for difficult news and customer relationships.
• In-depth Residential (Home) property insurance knowledge with loss adjusting/claims experience.
• Understanding building pathology and reinstatement techniques; BDMA is desirable.
• Ability to interpret scopes and schedules from photos, video, and remote tools.
• Proactive file management and stakeholder coordination across customers, contractors, DR&R, and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Manage household claims up to £50,000 from instruction to settlement.
• Own the claim processes and coordinate with suppliers and contractors.
• Interpret scope of works and coordinate multiple stakeholders to timely outcomes.
• Project manage claims with proactive file and stakeholder management.
