Zusammenfassung

Lilac Alliance is seeking a Deputy Branch Manager for its Peterborough home care service. You will deputise for the Registered Manager, lead day-to-day operations, manage referrals, and ensure care packages and rotas run smoothly.

You will supervise a small team, conduct appraisals and training, oversee safeguarding and audits, and collaborate with families and professionals. The role is primarily office-based with community visits.

Qualifikationen

• Must have management or senior experience in domiciliary care (residential experience alone won't be suitable).
• Confidence with rotas, call monitoring and care packages.
• Experience leading coordinators or care teams.
• Good knowledge of CQC regulations and safeguarding.
• A full UK driving licence and own car; live within ~30 miles of Peterborough.
• Bonus if you have experience with children and young people in community settings.

Aufgaben

• Deputise for the Registered Manager and lead day-to-day running of the service.
• Manage referrals from first enquiry to start of care; ensure runs are covered; maintain call standards.
• Carry out assessments, reviews, spot checks, and oversee audits.
• Lead supervisions, appraisals, and training; support safeguarding.
• Work with families, social workers, health professionals and commissioners.
• Participate in on-call rota roughly one week in four.
