Job summary

dormakaba UK is seeking a self-motivated Sales professional to join our Entrance Systems team. Working from home in the Southeast, you will grow the projects business by selling to tier 1 contractors and architects on new build and refurbishment projects.

You will partner with our specification team, manage key accounts, and drive opportunities across teams to deliver a smooth customer experience. The role offers a generous commission scheme, company car, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience in consultative selling to business customers.
• Strong negotiation, communication, collaboration and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office and CRM systems (Salesforce).

Responsibilities

• Acquire new projects business with a consultative sales approach.
• Proactive customer account management and growth.
• Collaborate with the customer account managers to identify and secure strategic sales opportunities.
