Job summary

RAC is seeking a Roadside Technician to join the Warrington cluster and cover areas including Warrington, Widnes, Runcorn and surrounding towns. You’ll diagnose faults, perform roadside repairs and support members in urgent situations, starting and ending your day from home in your local area.

The role requires Level 2 LV Maintenance or 5+ years’ experience as a Vehicle Technician, plus a valid UK driving licence with minimal points. A RAC van, fuel card and full uniform are provided.

Qualifications

• Must have Level 2 LV Maintenance or equivalent, with 2+ years’ experience.
• Driving licence with few points is required.
• Strong diagnostic and roadside repair capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver roadside repair, diagnostics and emergency breakdown support.
• Provide quick, confident solutions and reassurance to RAC members.
• Work efficiently to get members back on the road in your local area.
