Stryker, a global leader in medical technologies, seeks a Regional Sales Manager to drive the Joint Replacement business in the North East UK. Based from home with regular travel to customers and the head office in Newbury, you will lead a high-performing team, manage budgets and forecast performance, while building clinical champions and expanding installations.

The role demands strategic planning, strong leadership, and exceptional relationship-building with surgeons and hospital staff.

Qualificações

• Proven track record in sales and/or marketing leadership.
• Experience in leading a high performing sales team.
• Experience in Joint Replacement or robotics is a plus.
• Strong ethical standards and integrity in management.

Responsabilidades

• Exceed and deliver against budgets while managing instrument utilization and revenue pipeline.
• Lead, motivate and coach a sales/service team to accelerate growth.
• Maintain exceptional service levels across the customer base.
