Job summary

A quality training provider is seeking an experienced Early Years Assessor to manage a caseload of learners. This role is home-based with flexible working hours and requires experience in a nursery setting. The ideal candidate will provide mentorship through to completion of their qualifications while covering Bedford and the surrounding area. Competitive salary of £30k–£33k with additional perks included.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years experience as a Deputy Manager or higher in a Nursery setting.
• UK driving license and use of own transport.

• Manage a caseload of Early Years apprenticeship learners.
• Provide mentorship and coaching to help learners complete their qualifications.
