Job summary

Haier Europe in Bradford is seeking a Field Service Engineer to visit customers in their homes, diagnose and repair appliance issues, and ensure the machines are up and running again.

You will manage your time, maintain van stock, and communicate clearly with customers and colleagues. A full driving licence is required, and in-house training will support you to deliver outstanding service and unlock bonus incentives.

Qualifications

• Full, valid driving licence is required.
• Experience as a White Goods/ Domestic Appliance engineer is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong technical and customer-service skills with clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Visit customers in their homes across Bradford and surrounding areas to diagnose and repair appliance issues.
• Manage van stock and parts, and keep customers updated on progress.
• Provide high-quality service with strong communication and customer focus.
• Contribute to upselling incentives with product knowledge and incentives.
• Complete training provided by Haier Europe to deliver brilliant service.
