Job summary

Candy Hoover Group S.R.L. is hiring a Field Service Engineer to visit customers in Poole, Bournemouth and surrounding areas, diagnose and fix appliance issues, and get homes back up and running. You will manage your time, communicate progress to customers and colleagues, and maintain stock in your van.

A full driving licence is required, with in‑house City and Guilds training. Salary ranges from £35,124 to £39,807 with a potential bonus of up to £2,500 per year, plus enhanced pension and staff

Qualifications

• Full, valid driving licence is required.
• Experience as a White Goods Engineer is preferred but not essential.
• City and Guilds‑assured in‑house training and support provided.
• Strong technical and customer service skills.
• Organised with good communication.

Responsibilities

• Visit customers in their homes across Poole and surrounding areas.
• Fix appliance issues to get them running again.
• Manage your time and keep customers updated on progress.
• Maintain van stock levels day by day.
