Park Holidays UK is seeking a Holiday Services Manager to lead the Holiday Sales department across England, Scotland and Wales. You will manage budgets, review guest feedback, supervise sublet activities, and ensure safety and high standards across all holiday homes and chalets.

You will drive profitability, maximise occupancy, maintain records of gas safety checks and safety equipment, and streamline correspondence and admin tasks to support smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in budgets and expense controls.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently.
• Flexible to peak holiday periods.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Holiday Sales department’s budget and controls.
• Handle reviews and complaints and subcontract management.
• Ensure safety standards such as gas safety checks and PAT tests.
• Meet annual operating profit targets and control expenses.
• Maximise occupancy for holiday homes and chalets.
• Maintain records for safety compliance and key counts.
• Oversee correspondence, reports and admin tasks.
• Ensure cleanliness standards for all holiday homes.
