Park Holidays UK is seeking a passionate Holiday Services Manager to join our team. You will lead the Holiday Sales department across England, Scotland and Wales, driving profitability and delivering outstanding guest experiences in a busy holiday park environment.

The role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage budgets, safety compliance, and multi-team coordination to maintain high standards and foster growth.

Formación

• Strong PC skills with proficiency in Excel and other office software.
• Excellent organisation and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Professional, outgoing personality with confidentiality.
• Self-motivation and ability to work independently.
• Flexibility to adapt to peak holiday hours.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the Holiday Sales department's budget and profitability.
• Manage TripAdvisor reviews and complaint handling.
• Sublet and private sublet management.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards (gas safety, PAT).
• Meet annual operating profit targets and control expenditures.
• Maximise occupancy for holiday homes and chalets.
• Maintain safety and asset records for each property.
• Develop and maintain administration systems for holiday services.
• Monitor cleanliness standards across properties and onboarding of cleaners.
• Oversee accurate key counts and reception cash handling.
• Prepare Welcome Packs with guest information and cards.
• Identify opportunities to improve operations and drive the department forward.
