Park Holidays UK is seeking a Retail Manager to oversee daily retail outlets, bar and food services, lead a team, manage stock, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.

You will drive sales and profitability, develop strategies, and deliver high-quality guest experiences across our leisure park locations in the United Kingdom. The role offers a rewarding career in a dynamic hospitality environment with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a retail management or hospitality role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to manage budgets, control stock, and optimise profitability.
• Knowledge of health and safety and alcohol licensing regulations.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement a business plan to maximise bar and food sales opportunities.
• Recruit, train, and manage the performance of the retail team.
• Oversee stock control and rotate inventory from approved suppliers.
• Prepare and manage the retail budget, monitor KPIs for sales and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with legal and company standards for alcohol, food service, gambling, and health and safety.
