Park Holidays UK Ltd. is seeking a passionate Holiday Services Manager to lead the Holiday Sales department across England, Scotland and Wales. You will drive profitability, uphold safety standards, and ensure exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities include budget control, reviews management, and occupancy optimisation while maintaining high service levels and accurate reporting. A proactive, detail‑oriented professional is preferred for peak season flexibility.

• Strong PC skills with Excel and office software.
• Excellent organisation and communication skills.

• Flexibility to adapt during peak holiday seasons.

Responsabilités

• Manage the Holiday Sales department’s budget and implement controls to monitor spending and maximise profitability.
• Manage TripAdvisor reviews and complaint handling.
• Oversee sublet and private sublet management.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards (gas safety, PAT, etc.).
• Prepare and meet annual operating profit targets while controlling expenditures.
• Maximise occupancy rates for holiday hire fleet and holiday homes/chalets.
• Maintain detailed safety and property records (gas safety, alarms, etc.).
• Develop and maintain efficient admin systems for holiday services.
• Maintain high cleanliness standards across holiday homes and chalets.
• Ensure accurate key counts and secure reception cash handling.
• Complete Welcome Packs for each guest with relevant materials.
• Identify opportunities to improve operations and drive the department forward.
