Park Holidays UK Ltd is seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee the daily operations of the maintenance team across our holiday parks. You will manage staff, budgets, health and safety, and coordinate with external contractors to uphold high standards of maintenance and guest satisfaction.

The role requires a hands-on leader with a commitment to quality and the ability to plan proactive maintenance schedules while ensuring compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in maintenance management.
• Strong health and safety knowledge and practice.
• Experience managing budgets within a park or similar environment.
• Hands-on approach across trades and faults.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with guests and staff.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with guests professionally to ensure a positive experience.
• Conduct regular health and safety checks per park agreements and regulations.
• Plan and implement a proactive maintenance schedule for plant, equipment, and facilities.
• Manage workloads and provide guidance, training, and support to the team.
• Complete routine checklists and inspect facilities for maintenance needs and hazards.
• Coordinate movement of holiday homes with Sales Manager for timely completion.
• Supervise all siting activities ensuring safety and compliance.
• Liaise with external contractors for projects and safety-aligned work.
• Manage department budgets and seek cost-effective solutions.
