Park Holidays UK is seeking an Accommodation Manager to oversee the standards and operations of our accommodation services, ensuring cleanliness, safety and guest satisfaction. You will lead the team, manage inventory, and coordinate pre-season preparations and winter close-downs to keep our holiday fleet guest-ready.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a commitment to high guest service standards; DBS check is required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a similar role within hospitality/accommodation.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Commitment to high standards of guest service.
• Knowledge of Health & Safety and COSHH regulations.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and peak/off-season periods.
• Role subject to DBS check.

Responsibilities

• Prioritise guest satisfaction with professional communication.
• Lead pre-season preparations and winter close-down tasks.
• Train and monitor the cleaning team to meet standards.
• Ensure COSHH compliance and obtain risk assessments.
• Manage inventory, key handling and safety equipment upkeep.
• Inspect accommodations for guest readiness and maintenance issues.
• Oversee linen processes and housekeeping organization.
• Manage staffing, scheduling and rota planning.
• Greet guests professionally and deliver exceptional service.
• Coordinate fleet setup and inventory deliveries for readiness.
• Oversee winter closures and off-season preparations.
