Job summary

Haven is seeking a Customer Lifecycle Marketing Manager in Hemel Hempstead (Hybrid – 3 days in office). You will own lifecycle campaigns across email, app, SMS and more, guiding the CRM Executive and using Bloomreach to deliver personalised journeys that inspire bookings and repeat visits.

Bring data-led marketing, strong HTML/CSS/JSON templating skills, and a passion for hospitality CRM to a collaborative team that values growth, wellbeing, and flexible working arrangements.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering CRM campaigns with data-driven insights.
• Comfort with HTML/CSS/JSON templating to support automation.
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management in a marketing team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the CRM Executive to deliver campaigns end-to-end.
• Shape lifecycle strategy across email, app, and other channels to drive bookings.
• Own end-to-end campaign delivery using Bloomreach CDP and analytics to optimise journeys.
• Drive personalisation with triggered campaigns and data-led optimisations.
• Collaborate across the business to align CRM with broader marketing initiatives.
