Job summary

Get Recruited UK Ltd is looking for a CRM Marketing Manager in Leeds, operating hybrid. You will own customer lifecycle strategy across onboarding, nurture, retention and reactivation to drive engagement and loyalty.

The role covers email, SMS, WhatsApp and direct mail with a strong focus on personalisation and experimentation. You will manage automated journeys, build segments from behavioural data, and collaborate with the creative and product teams to improve campaign delivery and impact on

Qualifications

• Experience managing CRM across email, SMS, and other channels.
• Proven ability to own customer lifecycle from onboarding to re-engagement.
• Strong segmentation, personalisation and testing to boost engagement.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of automated customer journeys across onboarding, nurture, retention, loyalty and re-engagement.
• Manage CRM activity across email, SMS, WhatsApp and direct mail to ensure relevant communications.
• Develop test-and-learn approach across messaging, content, timings and journeys.
• Build and improve customer segmentation and personalisation using data.
• Create triggered campaigns based on customer behaviour and optimise engagement.
• Review campaign performance and use insights to improve activity.
• Produce monthly CRM reporting for senior stakeholders.
• Create email templates within the CRM and work with design team to speed up campaigns.
• Manage CRM communications calendar balancing planned campaigns with new opportunities.
• Develop retention and reactivation campaigns to reduce churn and win back customers.
• Use CRM activity to increase engagement, repeat purchases and average order value.
• Mentor/coach a CRM Executive and support day-to-day activity.
