A prominent social purpose organisation in London is seeking a dedicated professional to manage a caseload of participants in custody. This role involves providing high quality support to assist individuals in breaking down barriers to successful resettlement, ultimately guiding them towards sustainable employment. Manage a caseload of participants in custody, providing high quality support and guidance. Enabling participants to engage and break down barriers to successful resettlement, ensuring a robust through the gate process to achieve agreed milestones and develop enhanced skillsets, leading them into an ultimate goal of sustainable employment.
