Job summary

Vp plc is seeking a proactive Hire/Sales Controller to join our UK network, based in Staines. You will be the first contact for customers and colleagues, handling phone and email queries and supporting the hire desk and sales team.

Working closely with branch managers, you will help ensure smooth hire transactions, accurate administration, and timely reporting while delivering a high standard of customer service across our national depot network.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring hire desk processes run efficiently and reporting is up to date.
• Maintaining up-to-date administration and reporting.
