Speedy Hire Plc in West London is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join the depot-based team. You will act as the frontline link in the hire process, taking orders through to delivery and collection, and coordinating with stock, drivers and engineers to meet customer needs and ensure satisfaction.

The role is desk-based and requires strong organisational and communication skills, adaptability and a commitment to learning.

Qualifications

• Strong organisational and communication skills required.
• Adaptability and commitment to learning and development.
• Driving licence is preferred.
• Experience in hire industry or similar sales/operational role advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the end-to-end hire process from order to delivery and collection, liaising with depot teams to meet customer needs.
• Work desk-based and engage with stock, drivers and engineers to minimise delays and ensure customer satisfaction.
