Job summary

CES Power LLC is seeking a Hire Controller to support the daily operations of a busy Hire Desk within our depot. You will manage orders, plan transport deliveries and collections, and deliver high-quality service to both internal and external customers.

You will actively promote services, provide accurate quotations, and work to meet depot KPIs while liaising with colleagues at all levels. A strong communicator with organisational skills will excel in this role.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day running of a busy Hire Desk within depot.
• Manage orders and plan transport delivery and collections.
• Provide stand-out customer service to internal and external customers.
• Upsell products and services to maximise revenue opportunities.
• Issue accurate quotations and liaise with Area Sales/Depot Manager.
