Job summary

HR GO Recruitment is seeking a Hire Desk Co-ordinator in Maidstone, Kent. The role involves overseeing work for Service Engineers, booking in jobs and urgent breakdowns, and delivering strong customer service to meet client needs efficiently.

You will manage up to 15 engineers, schedule breakdowns, attend client premises, expand contracts, and handle after-service estimates and SLA adherence. Monday to Friday workdays with standard hours.

• Experience in field service activities is preferred.
• Experience managing workload of engineers is desirable.
• Customer service experience.

Candidates suited to this role will ideally have worked within the construction / mechanical handling sector previously and have gained experience of managing the workload of engineers.
