Job summary

Speedy Group UK&I is hiring a Hire Controller in Walthamstow. The role involves coordinating the end-to-end hire process from order intake to delivery and collection, working closely with depot teams to meet customer needs and ensure satisfaction.

You will be desk-based and liaise with stock teams, drivers and engineers daily to minimise delays and maintain availability of equipment. Essential: driving licence, strong organisational and communication skills, and prior hire industry or

Responsibilities

• The Hire Controller coordinates the entire hire process from taking the order through to delivery and collection, liaising with every part of the depot to ensure the needs of the customer are met and that they’re satisfied with our service.
• On a day-to-day basis, you’ll be desk-based, working directly with other departments, liaising with stock teams, drivers and engineers to ensure minimal delay in fulfilling customer needs with readily available equipment.
