Job summary

Speedy Hire in West London is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join the depot front line. This desk-based role focuses on coordinating hires, delivering excellent customer service, and supporting the ESG strategy while working with stock teams, drivers and engineers.

The hire controller coordinates the end-to-end process from order to delivery, ensuring customer needs are met and satisfaction is achieved through effective liaison across departments.

• Experience in the hire industry or similar sales/operational role.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the entire hire process from taking the order through to delivery and collection.
• Liaise with the depot to ensure customer needs are met and service is delivered to satisfaction.
• Work desk-based and liaise with stock teams, drivers and engineers to minimise delays in fulfilling customer orders.
