Sunbelt Rentals is seeking a Hire Controller within our Customer Service team. You will build relationships with customers, manage orders from enquiry to post-hire feedback, and use product knowledge to maximise upselling opportunities.

You will communicate by phone, email and website requests, delivering best-in-class service in a fast-paced, hands-on environment within the UK7s largest equipment rental provider.

Competenze

• Proven experience in a Customer Service role.
• Experience in upselling and handling enquiries.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to develop product knowledge and apply it to customer interactions.
• Proficient with MS Office and general IT systems.

• Handle inbound customer enquiries via phone, email and website requests.
• Manage orders from initial enquiry to post-hire feedback.
