Wernick Power, part of the Wernick Group, is seeking a Hire Controller to support the depot with day-to-day operations and outstanding customer service.

You will prepare hire contracts and quotations, handle enquiries, record information accurately and liaise with multiple departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong organisational, administrative and communication skills.
• Experience handling telephone inquiries in a service-related industry.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, email and internet usage.
• Literate and numerate with data input and interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-class customer service
• Prepare hire contracts, quotations, and any other necessary correspondence
• Handle and record customer enquiries and source new business
• Follow up on quotations and enquiries
• Post contracts, on/off hire equipment
• Prioritise customer satisfaction in all interactions
• Liaise with multiple departments to ensure seamless service delivery
• Assist in problem-solving and support the team with common-sense solutions
• Maintain strong administrative processes and excellent telephone etiquette
• Contribute to an efficient and productive work environment
