Freelance Site Supervisor - Heavy Civils (Glasgow)

Immediate start available for an experienced Site Supervisor to support a heavy civils project in Glasgow. This role is focused on overseeing subcontractors and keeping daily site operations running smoothly. Nightshift work on rotation with the other supervisors.

The Role

• Supervising subcontractors on a busy civils site
• Running daily coordination meetings
• Completing plant sheets and maintaining site records
• Attending subcontractor meetings and supporting day‑to‑day delivery
• Working 12‑hour shifts, 7am-7pm, Monday to Friday
• Some weekend work as required
• Contract running from end of February through March

What You Need

• CSCS (essential)
• SSSTS (essential)
• Temporary Works knowledge (desirable)
• Strong heavy civils background
• Ability to manage subcontractors and keep site documentation organised

Pay

PAYE: £300 per day + holiday pay
