Qualifications

• Full BABCP accreditation required.
• Post-Graduate Diploma in CBT (BABCP-accredited).
• Minimum 2 years post-qualification experience with high intensity CBT.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality CBT and brief interventions with strong clinical outcomes.
• Deliver assessments and formulations to guide evidence-based care.
• Offer face-to-face, telephone or video sessions per client preference.
• Adhere to case management processes and collaborate with clinical leads.
• Work within sessional limits as determined by private medical insurance.
• Provide signposting or referrals when appropriate.
• Deliver group psychoeducation and wellbeing initiatives.
• Maintain professional guidelines and attend regular supervision.
