Job summary

Bupa Haywards Heath is seeking a Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist to deliver high-quality CBT, assessments and brief interventions, across face-to-face, telephone or video formats. The role operates within a multi-disciplinary team and requires BABCP accreditation and a BABCP-accredited Post-Graduate Diploma in CBT.

With at least 2 years post-qualification experience and corporate acumen, you’ll join a supportive environment offering pro-rata salary for part-time shifts (2 days/week

Qualifications

• Full Accreditation with BABCP.
• Holds a Post-Graduate Diploma in CBT (BABCP accredited).
• At least 2 years' post-qualification experience providing high intensity CBT interventions.
• Training/accreditation in additional specialised psychological treatments (EMDR desirable).
• Corporate experience and business understanding.
• Excellent leadership and management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality CBT and brief interventions with strong outcomes.
• Deliver assessments and formulations to drive evidence-based care.
• Offer face-to-face, telephone or video sessions as required.
• Adhere to case management processes and collaborate with Clinical Leads.
• Respect sessional limits per PMI and work toward recovery goals.
• Provide signposting or referrals when needed.
• Offer ad-hoc wellbeing support and coaching when required.
• Conduct one-off assessments and referrals when required.
• Lead group psychoeducation and remote wellness presentations.
• Work autonomously within professional guidelines and Bupa policies.
• Attend regular clinical supervision (individual and group).
• Collaborate with operations and clinical teams to improve client experiences.
