Job summary

Bupa is seeking a Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist (BABCP accredited) for a fully remote UK role. This permanent position supports clients via MS Teams, delivering high-intensity CBT and brief interventions on a 1-2-1 basis from designated home-working sites.

The role requires a Post-Graduate Diploma in CBT (BABCP accredited) and at least 2 years of post-qualification high-intensity CBT experience. Flexible hours, late shifts, and career development are offered.

Qualifications

Full BABCP accreditation.
Post-Graduate Diploma in CBT (BABCP-accredited).
At least 2 years’ post-qualification experience providing high intensity CBT.
IT skills including proficiency using Microsoft systems and EMR systems.
Diverse and varied clinical experience to draw upon.
Ability to present to groups and deliver training workshops.
Right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

Provide high quality Cognitive Behavioural Therapy or brief interventions.
Deliver comprehensive assessments and formulations guiding care pathways.
Offer telephone or video sessions as appropriate to client preferences.
Collaborate with Clinical Leads and therapy team under case-management processes.
Work within monetary and sessional guidelines while pursuing therapeutic goals.
