Job summary

Bupa is seeking a Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist to work face-to-face at Mindplace Clapham. The role requires BABCP accreditation, a CBT high-intensity background and a minimum of two days per week. You’ll conduct assessments, deliver evidence-based CBT, and collaborate with the therapy team to support patients in a busy London clinic.

Qualifications

• Post-Graduate Diploma in CBT (BABCP accredited).
• Full BABCP accreditation.
• At least 2 years’ experience delivering high-intensity CBT.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality CBT and brief interventions with strong outcomes.
• Deliver assessments and formulations to guide care pathways.
• Offer face-to-face, telephone or video sessions based on client preference.
• Adhere to Bupa processes and collaborate with clinical leads and therapy team.
• Work within insurance-based session limits while pursuing therapeutic goals.
• Provide signposting or onward referrals when needed.
• Deliver wellbeing support and coaching as required.
• Contribute to group psychoeducation and remote wellbeing activities.
• Attend regular clinical supervision and engage with policies.
• Collaborate with operations to improve client and staff experiences.
