Popeyes UK CHICKEN & PIZZA LTD is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead from the front in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant. You’ll support the GM in driving guest experience, food quality, and service speed, while upholding safety standards and company policies.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Assistant General Manager or Restaurant General Manager in a branded, high-volume QSR or fast-casual restaurant
• Experience leading results through your teams, coaching, training and having honest conversations, where needed
• Are excited by growth and ready to take the next step in your career
• Track record of hitting sales targets, managing P&L, and controlling costs
• Experience with labour scheduling, stock management, and inventory systems
• Strong people leadership, you've built teams and developed future leaders
• Ability to deliver quality, safety and cleanliness standards at all time
• The ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, ever changing environment

Responsibilities

• Help run the restaurant and lead the team to deliver Popeyes’ outstanding food quality, speed of service, and guest experience standards
• Support your GM in building a winning plan and smashing performance goals
• Ensure full team compliance with food safety (HACCP), health & safety, and employment legislation
• Be the role model—set the tone, keep standards high, and inspire your team
