Ignite Talent Group in Manchester is seeking a motivated Business Development Manager to convert warm, pre-qualified leads into long-term clients, conduct client demos, and drive growth. You will manage your sales pipeline, collaborate with colleagues, and aim to exceed targets with a highly energetic sales floor culture.

FCA experience is a plus and a strong client-facing presence is essential. This role offers a competitive base salary up to £35,000 plus uncapped commission and OTE £80,000+

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, ideally in a consultative or B2B environment.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Resilient, adaptable, and target-driven.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• FCA experience is an advantage.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while taking ownership of individual targets.
