Get Recruited Ltd in Lancashire is seeking a Business Development Manager/Executive to own the sales function, manage a warm UK-based customer base and identify new opportunities. Join a growing manufacturing-focused team where your contributions are valued and progression is encouraged.

You will build relationships, generate new business via outbound calls and LinkedIn, prepare quotations, and help shape the future of the commercial team as the business grows.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Business Development, Sales or Account Management role or equivalent.
• Ability to identify opportunities and win new business.
• Confidence in building relationships with customers over the phone and in person.

Responsabilités

• Manage and develop an established customer base across the UK.
• Build strong relationships to secure repeat business and new opportunities.
• Proactively generate new business through outbound calls, LinkedIn and networking.
• Prepare quotations, process orders and ensure excellent customer service.
• Negotiate pricing and maximise commercial opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records and manage your sales pipeline.
