Job summary

Ignite Talent Group is seeking an operational Team Lead in Manchester to manage a team of inbound and outbound agents. You will mentor staff, drive performance, and ensure targets and SLA/KPIs are met.

You will coach and develop your team, analyse performance metrics, and plan weekly and monthly activity. The role requires strong communication, Salesforce proficiency, and a proactive problem-solving approach.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a management role leading a sales team to targets.
• Experience with Salesforce and contact/campaign management.
• Ability to analyse MI and translate insights into action.

Responsibilities

• Lead your team to understand and hit targets, SLA and KPI goals.
• Plan and communicate weekly/monthly work based on data and issues.
• Coach, run 1:1s and performance reviews with agents.
• Deliver documentation to support continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance and accurate, clear paperwork for senior management.
• Stay updated with campaign changes and company updates.
