Qualifications

• Full Level 3 HGV / PSV apprentice qualification.
• Minimum of a car/van driving licence.
• HGV licence desirable.
• IRTEC Qualification desirable.

HGV Technician - Joining Bonus of £1,500!

Biffa Waste - Bodmin Depot

Salary: £19.22p/h

Shift Patterns: 06:00-15:30 and 12:30-22:00

Overtime & Call Out Available

Monday to Friday (45 hrs per week)

You will be responsible for maintaining and repairing vehicles and waste management equipment, ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation and DVSA requirements.

Perform scheduled preventative maintenance and inspections to meet Biffa’s operator’s licence commitments. Our diverse fleet ranges from light commercial vans to 44t articulated assets, offering ample learning and development opportunities.

We welcome applications from professionals with experience as PSV Mechanic, Heavy Goods Technician, Lorry Mechanic, LGV Technician, HGV Technician, or HGV Mechanic.
