Panda is seeking an experienced HGV Class 2 Driver to join our Bromborough depot. You will safely collect and transport commercial/industrial waste with our modern fleet, on a Monday–Friday schedule that starts at 3-4 am, with paid breaks and potential weekend overtime.

This role offers a stable 40-hour week, driving for a leading waste management provider that champions sustainability and compliance with waste duty of care rules, drivers’ hours, and health and safety standards.

Qualifikationen

• Valid UK Class 2 licence and Driver CPC required.
• Digital tachograph card required.
• Experience in waste sector operations preferred.
• Strong knowledge of waste hierarchy and environmental compliance.
• Customer-focused communication skills.
• Physical fitness for manual handling.

Aufgaben

• Safely operate HGV Class 2 vehicles for waste collections.
• Plan efficient routes to maximise productivity and minimise environmental impact.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring sites are tidy and bins correctly positioned.
• Conduct daily vehicle checks and report defects.
• Adhere to waste duty of care regulations, drivers’ hours, and health/safety standards.
