Job summary

Veolia is seeking a Class 2 qualified driver to join our fleet in Padworth. You will drive to scheduled collection points, load and unload where required, perform daily safety checks, and log activities using onboard systems.

A CPC/DIGI card is required, and you will operate in line with all traffic regulations. This role offers an hourly rate of £17.72 and a benefits package including pension, 20 days leave, and opportunities for training and development.

Qualifications

• Drivers must hold a valid Class 2 Licence.
• CPC / DIGI card valid and up to date.
• Ability to operate onboard technology and complete driver notes.

Responsibilities

• Drive to planned collection locations and load into truck.
• Carry out daily vehicle checks as per operator handbook.
• Use onboard tech to record work notes and comply with traffic laws.
• Keep carriageway clean and promptly clean any spillages.
