Job summary

Veolia Group in Northampton is seeking a driver for the waste collection fleet. The role involves driving to planned locations, moving and emptying containers, and ensuring paperwork is up to date. A Class 2 licence and CPC/Digi card are essential, with potential for progression in a large environmental services company.

Qualifications

• Desirable: experience in the Waste Industry.

Responsibilities

• Drive to planned collection locations and move and empty multiple waste containers.
• Lift bins of all weights and sizes.
• Carry out daily vehicle checks as per operator handbook.
• Input all information into the onboard system and keep paperwork updated daily.
• Comply with traffic laws and legislation including security and load weights.
• Maintain a clean carriageway and promptly clean up spillages.
