Job summary

Veolia is hiring a Class 1 Driver at Colwick Transfer Station, Nottingham. You will be responsible for delivering essential waste services to local communities, safely operating large vehicles and keeping records up to date.

You should hold a valid Class 1 (C+E) licence, a current CPC and a Digi/Tachograph card. The role offers a 4 on/2 off rota, 22 days holiday and a pension scheme with Veolia benefits.

Qualifications

• Valid Class 1 (C+E) licence is required.
• Up-to-date CPC is required.
• Digi/Tachograph card required.

Responsibilities

• Drive to planned collection locations and move/empty multiple containers.
• Input information into onboard system and submit paperwork daily.
• Perform daily vehicle checks and comply with traffic laws and load restrictions.
