Job summary

Veolia Group in Marchwood, Hampshire, is recruiting a Class 2 licensed driver to collect, load and transport waste from Waste Transfer Stations and Recycling Centres. You will operate RO-RO vehicles, perform daily safety checks, and maintain accurate paperwork in line with UK regulations.

A valid CPC and Digi/Tachograph card are essential, with RO-RO experience a bonus. This full-time role pays £37,049.80 per year including shift allowance, with training, pension and health perks, plus up to 25

Qualifications

• Class 2 licence with valid CPC and Digi/Tachograph card.
• Experience driving Roll on Roll Off vehicles advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Collecting, loading and transporting waste from Waste Transfer Stations and Household Waste Recycling Centres around Hampshire.
• Operating vehicles in line with UK traffic regulations ensuring safety for you and the people around you.
• Checking the condition of your vehicle daily and keeping all paperwork up to date.
• Ensuring your vehicle is kept neat and tidy at the end of your shift and compliance with road laws including load security.
