Job summary

Lineage Logistics is seeking a HGV Class 1 Driver for our Seaham depot. You will perform trunking and multi-drop deliveries, conduct vehicle checks and ensure loads are secure.

Required are a C+E licence, DigiTacho, CPC, and prior Class 1 experience with strong English communication. The role runs 4 on 4 off with night shifts, and pays £15.61 per hour for up to 39 hours plus a £95 weekly shift allowance. Overtime is paid at time and a half.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate clearly in English.
• Valid C+E driving licence with CPC.
• DigiTacho and CPC qualifications and ongoing compliance.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily vehicle checks and report defects.
• Carry out trunking and multi-drop deliveries in a timely and compliant manner.
• Ensure loads are secure and paperwork is completed before departure.
