Autograph Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of our client for a Customer Service Manager based in Hereford. You’ll lead the customer service team, own day-to-day operations and shape the customer journey to deliver an excellent service.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a local professional who can coach the team, improve processes and collaborate with other departments to resolve escalations and enhance overall service delivery.

Formación

• Experience in customer service management or a team leader role.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships.
• A calm, practical approach to handling challenging situations.
• Good organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Experience coaching and supporting a team.

Responsabilidades

• Leading and supporting the customer service team, helping them deliver a consistently high standard of service.
• Managing day-to-day workloads and ensuring customer enquiries are handled promptly and professionally.
• Taking ownership of escalated queries and complaints, finding practical solutions and keeping customers informed.
• Coaching team members, identifying training needs and supporting their development.
• Reviewing customer feedback and service performance to identify areas for improvement.
• Working closely with other departments to resolve issues and ensure a smooth customer journey.
• Improving processes to help the team work more effectively as the business develops.
