Job summary

KBR Government Solutions in Swindon is seeking a Helpdesk Operator for a 4 on 4 off shift pattern. Working in our busy contact centre, you will answer calls, record details and provide information in line with company policy.

Under close supervision you will coordinate service requests with the supply chain, aim for first-call resolutions, and maintain accurate data records while upholding our Zero Harm safety standard.

Qualifications

• GCSE Maths and English are essential.
• Security clearance eligibility required.

Responsibilities

• Act as the initial point of contact for customers, recording all relevant details of requests and providing accurate information.
• Coordinate customer service requests to be sent to the supply chain and chase progression of work orders.
• Resolve queries and complaints by applying a first-call resolution approach.
• Create accurate data records to enable timely resolution of requests.
• Aim to enhance the customer’s perception by delivering timely, customer-focused solutions.
• Take ownership of personal performance and seek opportunities to improve.
• Ensure the highest standard of customer service at all times.
• Keep up to date with changes across the team.
• Comply with KBR's Zero Harm policy to promote safe working environments.
