Job summary

ISS Facilities Services is seeking a part-time Helpdesk Operator at Worcestershire Royal Hospital to handle around 200 internal calls daily, coordinating catering, security, housekeeping and portering requests.

You will respond within KPIs and SLAs, providing courteous support and operating the internal bleep system. The role requires working on public holidays as the department runs 24/7.

This position is on-site in Worcester, and the employer participates in the Disability Confident scheme.

• Answering internal calls within agreed KPI and SLA agreements
• Providing efficient, courteous, and helpful support to callers
• Operate internal bleep system
• Required to work public and bank holidays, should your shift fall on that day as our department operates 24/7, 365 days a year
